Multiple CC automation problem in FL Studio with Kontakt

Hi everyone

I have a leap motion controller and i’m trying to assing it to some variable for automation in Kontakt. i can assinged first midi channel for automation but when i try to automate some other variables i have problems. it appears a green question mark symbol in fl studio's panel. it detecing my midi data but dont assing it to any knobs. I have tried to find some solution in web but there is no related topic in web. when i try to do that with other stock fl studio plug-in i have no problem. but kontakt and native instruments library gives me that problem. I’m also attached a video that shows the steps that i do. Sorry for my English bad. if anywhere you didn't understand or you need some extra information please let me know.
