Could anyone be kind enough to provide the solution when GECO don't seem to know when the LMC is actually connected (and working at background). I've downloaded a trial version of AeroMIDI and it works fine. I've also tried the Win 10 fix from GECO (the LeapSvc.exe fix) and all related known methods. Maybe, maybe I have missed out some other methods. Thanks guys.

my hypothesis is that it has to do with the fact that it is a 32-bit program... maybe...

Actually, I manage make it work in Windows 10 with a previous version of leap motion drivers and SDK.
Geco mentions the problem of incompatibility in windows in their webpage.

Tried rolling back the drivers and SDK but no luck detecting the leap controller. Is this working for anyone?

it did work for me in Win 10.
I don’t seem to have the same problem in MacOSX 10.12.6 (16G1510)

I had this problem today when I got my first Leap Motion controller to play with.  Stumbled across the solution looking through the files.  For some reason, the V2 installer app appears to install the 32-bit drivers but not the 64-bit.  However they are packaged with the SDK.

Navigate to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Leap Motion\Core Services\Drivers

Then run the dpinst64.exe driver installer found at this location.  After installing, the leap motion should start tracking immediately.  If it doesn't, right-click the Leap Motion icon in your system tray, and choose 'Resume Tracking'.

Hope this helps! :)

I install the 64 driver and it works now!
