Fresh install of Geko Rolling XFCE from a freshly made usb moments prior, formatted drives and everything on install. I hoped into yast after reboot and disabled skype, google talk and chrome repos because I have no use for them at the moment, enabled the xfce terminals drop down feature and mapped it to a key combination, then went to update.

Some of the repositories have not been refreshed because of an error.

I double checked the Urls with what is listed on the opensuse wiki under repositories here, they seem to be correct and yet I cannot update the repos or download software from zypper or yast. A work around could be to pull down a system package from each of these three repos off Suse's package search through 1 click but I would rather know why these defaults from install are not working first.

I just had the same problem with a fresh install of Gecko rolling Plasma x64 and I was able to correct the problem by changing the repos that were problematic to https in yast, refreshing them, and then changing them back to http. (easist way is to open software repositories in Yast, select the problematic repository, select "edit", select "Edit Parts opf the URL", select "https" save and refresh repository. I then changed back to http and everything works!)

Hi there, I'm currently working on updating the STATIC (Leap based) ISOs first, and then ROLLING (Tumbleweed based) will hopefully follow soon after. There are currently some bugs in both Leap and Tumbleweed that are holding up the process. Sorry for the delay.
