2. What ever information is sought by you is enough, to make it easy I have prepared a form "PARTICIPANT'S      
     INFORMATION FORM - INDRADHANUSH II" BHOPAL. Form is attached. 
3. Participants must make the payments at the earliest and should not be waiting till last day that is 30th of Oct. 
4. Participants can fill the form and send by 15th of Nov 2013. 
5. I request Choudhary sir to release the list of participants who have deposited Rs. 10,000/- till 20th then next list as on 25th and final list on 1st of Nov, if it is not inconvenient.
