[GEC][TUYỂN THÀNH VIÊN 2023] QUYẾT ĐỊNH THÀNH LẬP BAN TỔ CHỨC SỰ KIỆN “TUYỂN THÀNH VIÊN 2023”

Thân gửi các thành viên Câu lạc bộ Kinh tế Toàn cầu GEC,

Lời đầu tiên, em/mình xin thay mặt Ban Điều hành nhiệm kỳ 11 cảm ơn tất cả các thành viên vì sự nhiệt huyết và cống hiến của mọi người trong thời gian qua. Em/mình mong rằng trong nhiệm kỳ tới, chúng ta lại có thể tiếp tục cùng nhau giữ ngọn lửa này để tạo nên những sự kiện thật thành công, giúp khẳng định được vị thế của GEC trong hơn 40 CLB của trường Ngoại Thương.

Tiếp sau đó, thời điểm này chính là cơ hội tuyệt vời để thành viên gen 11 chính thức bước vào các vị trí chủ chốt và bắt đầu hoạt động chính trong các sự kiện của GEC. Trong khoảng thời gian tới, với mục tiêu tiếp nối truyền thống và duy trì nhân sự, CLB chúng ta sẽ tổ chức đợt “Tuyển thành viên thế hệ 12”. 

Sau một thời gian mở đơn đăng ký Core Team Tuyển thành viên 2023, em/mình xin thay mặt Ban Điều hành GEC chính thức thông báo về quyết định thành lập Ban Tổ chức sự kiện “Tuyển thành viên 2023” của CLB. Trong đó, cơ cấu Ban Tổ chức bao gồm 01 trưởng ban, 05 phó ban và 05 thành viên.

Quyết định được đính kèm dưới đây có hiệu lực kể từ giờ phút được công bố. Đề nghị các thành viên được chỉ định nhanh chóng triển khai công tác chuẩn bị cần thiết dưới sự lãnh đạo của các Trưởng/Phó ban và định hướng từ Ban Điều hành. Mọi ý kiến, thắc mắc xin vui lòng reply tại mail này. 

Mong rằng tất cả mọi người sẽ cố gắng hết mình và hoạt động thật “proactive" để GEC sẽ có một mùa tuyển gen mới thành công rực rỡ!
