Hi,
Is there any demo or open source project that I can use as an example
to use this plugin?

Do you expect any specific version of rails from the past messages it
seems 2.2.2 should work...but I do not have any luck so far(following
the instructions on the project page.),

The plugin was originally developed for Rails 2.0. We have begun a
rearchitecture/migration to 2.2.x but it is far from complete.

Unfortunately the project is currently on hold until I can find more
time to work on it. If you are interested in helping out please send
me a PM.
