I have a little different opinion on this concern in your report.

"I am concerned that we are spending too much time helping with each
other's tasks. This seems to be deterring progress on individual tasks."

I think we are all following the rule that finish self work first before
helping others. I don't see how helping others could deter
individual tasks if individual tasks are already done. I think the main
problem for slow progress is that assigned tasks could not be finished
on time.
