Gears Geolocation with UMTS Router

Hello,
I connect with an UMTS router on the Internet...
Now I want to use the Geolocation API to determine my location.
However, I get always an error, no matter whether with the Gear
example or my own side:
My Provider is t-mobile. Which request i Have to send or similar?
I can also put my source code online.
Excuses my bad English, because I am a German!
