Apologies to everyone whose time was wasted by the 1.1.19 release. The
tarball was corrupted by some weirdness on my build box. I built the
tarball on a clean Ubuntu 18.04 VM and it seems to have fixed the
issues. This is a build-only release, the tags 1.1.19 and 1.1.19.1 are
on the same commit in the repo.
