Abandoning IRC, the website, release? Etc.

Hi everyone! I hope you are all well. I was just spending some rare free time poking at Gearman and I noticed we had our IRC channel on Freenode.

After the recent ownership transfer of Freenode, I have chosen to not connect to that IRC server anymore. Also, there weren't many folks there before the shakeup.

Many other projects moved to Matrix, and I've created a channel there, which I would love it if you all would join for more realtime discussions. Please have a look (and if you need a Matrix user account, I'd be happy to host any regular Gearman contributors on my server).

I updated it on the website. I may be poking around to get some updates on the website too. It's a bit dated and doesn't necessarily make clear the state of gearman. If anyone wants to contribute, please let me know or just open a PR at https://github.com/gearman/gearman.github.io

Other than that, I see we have merged a few changes and it may be time for a 1.1.20 release. Please let me know if you have any pending changes you'd like to squeeze in. I tend to have a little time over the US winter holidays and that's likely when I'll push a release out.
