at the gate bug

I have a bug to report. I am running Google Chrome because none of the other browsers will support this game (for me anyway). I have a windows 7 operating system which work perfectly fine. The bug only occurs at the gate, no where else. I cannot move the plane. I cannot move backward, forward, left, or right. I am just stuck. I have been playing this game for 4 months and I know the controls very well, please fix this asap. I do not want to quit playing this game forever.
