Dupplicate GEFS Bug Reports Group

Hi,

It's been brought to my attention that an old link was still shown on the GEFS index page that linked to this group for bug report. 

However, I had to drop this group more than a year ago over a legal dispute with General Electric for the GE brand name.

I also fixed the bad link on GEFS's index page.

I am sincerely sorry for this mistake that caused quite a few bug reports to be ignored by me and the most active part of the GEFS community.
