Info about subsidy for contactless payment

Dear Sir/Madam

             As a teacher committed to helping students better understand issues facing Hong Kong society, I find the subsidy scheme for contactless payment interesting and would like to learn more. Here are a few questions 

1) How many service providers have completed the form (service package proforma) to express its interest in the scheme? Could you provide a list of the services providers who are eligible to join and a list of service providers who completed the form? 

2) What does FEHD expect the stall owners to spend the subsidy HKD 5000? 

3) What is the timeline of this project? When will the tenants receive the subsidy? When are they expected to set up the contactless payment system after receiving the subsidy?

4) Is there a mechanism in place to ensure the contactless payment systems are sustainably  maintained ?

5) Is it possible for my students to be involved in this project next Spring, e.g. join a guided field trip or reach-out efforts in the wet market?
