Past applications from victims of scams and procedures of handling complaints

         Under the Code on Access to Information, please let me know 

1) the no. of applications the department received in the past 10 years from victims of scams who intended to take civil actions. Please provide me figures by year and details of the cases if available. 

         If the above information is not available please let me know what information is available about past applications for legal aid from plaintiffs of civil cases.

2) The number of complaints the department received in the past 10 years related to applications for legal aid for civil cases. Please let me know what information is available about these complaints. 

3) The procedures of handling complaints.
