I thought every enquiry from the members of the public should be treated as a Code on Access to Information request. Am I right?  Please reply directly rather than via the 1823 team which is not handling emails during pandemic anyway.

In view of the Government's latest announcement on the special work arrangements for government employees so as to significantly reduce the flow of people and social contacts to stop the virus from spreading in the community, 1823 now provides only limited service and focuses on handling calls related to the epidemic and environmental hygiene. 1823 will not handle requests received from written channels such as email, mobile app, web form, and SMS until further notice. Please call 1823 if assistance is required. You may also visit 1823 website for information (https://www.1823.gov.hk/en/faq/service-categories). We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
