Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing to file a complaint against Wai Chow Public School where the fire alarm was triggered at around 8pm 24 Dec. The alarm was not turned off until 8:30pm. The Noble Hill management had to call 999 to get help from the Fire Services Department.  Please look into the matter and find out how the alarm was triggered and why no staff in the school were there to handle the situation.  The management of Wai Chow Public School must be held accountable for this incident (which caused nuisance to the neighbourhood and wasted the time of the Fire Services Department staff) and take concrete action to ensure this will not happen again.

Yours sincerely
