About short term tenancy rates

        As a regular contributor of SCMP letters section, I read with interest a recent letter on STT rates 

https://www.scmp.com/comment/letters/article/3089254/coronavirus-and-protests-hit-hong-kong-property-value-lands As I’m looking into this matter and will write to you again for more information, I’d like to know if the department may have any response to the author’s request to halt the increase of STT. I also believe your department should respond to the letter publicly in SCMP given the importance of the issue for the public.
