Dear Sir/Madam
I am writing to seek information about CuMask+ under the Code on Access to Information. Please kindly answer the following questions
1. How many people are eligible for CuMask+?
2. How many people have applied to get their masks online?
3. I'll send a separate request of information to the Hong Kong Post on how many people collected their masks through the Post Office while keeping ITC in the loop.
4. How many Cu+ masks have been ordered by the government?
5. It seems that not many people walking on the streets wear the masks. Does the ITC have any information regarding the popularity of the masks among HK people? Please provide any reports or documents on this matter.
6. How many people have registered for filter replacement?
7. What is the plan for sending filter replacements to people who registered online and those who collected through the Post Office?
8. As schoolchildren get two Cu Masks through their schools, what is the recommended practice? Should the schoolchildren get two masks at once or get one first and get another one a few months later? What is the plan for sending schoolchildren filter replacements?
9. What is the total cost of the CuMask+ project? Please break down the number into several components, e.g. cost of ordering masks, cost of logistics, cost of the ordering system, etc.
10. I wear the mask everyday. Now the ear loops of the mask have become flaccid and it becomes impossible "to keep the mask firmly in place."
https://www.qmask.gov.hk/about Can I ask for a replacement?
11. It seems that wearing reusable masks is good for the environment and it is regrettable that not many people in HK are wearing them. What measures has the government taken to promote the masks among people in HK, especially the civil servants?
12. For staff at the ITC, how many masks does the Commission provide everyday? Are these masks CU+ masks or disposable surgical masks?
13. I will send a separate request of information regarding the government's procurement of surgical masks for civil servants while keeping ITC in the loop.
Thanks in advance for your assistance.
Yours sincerely
