Dear Sir/Madam
I’m writing to request a review of the MTR’s complaint web form. I believe the form is poorly designed as it does not keep a record of the communication between customers and MTR. The customers need to submit a new message through its web form for each round of discussion. I have previously asked MTR to provide an email address for me to communicate with its staff directly but did not get a response.
I’d like an official in the bureau to look into the matter and get back to me before 31 Dec 2020. I’ll file a complaint to Legislative Council and Ombudsman if this matter is not addressed properly. My request is very simple: MTR should provide an email address for me to communicate with its staff. Please also provide the name of the officer in the Bureau that deals with this matter and the name of his or her supervisor for me to follow up.

Yours sincerely
Simon Wang
