Problem with ordering taxis in Hong Kong

Dear Sir/Madam

            As a regular contributor to South China Morning Post letters section I’m writing to bring your attention to a major flaw in your app. When I order a taxi for a trip in New Territories a green taxi that charges lower fees should have been dispatched. Yet your app sent a red taxi that charges more without a warning. This is unacceptable. Please kindly follow up.
