Complaint about fallen barriers

Dear Sir/Madam 

           I was about to submit a complaint via 1823 app and found that the 1823 team no longer handled complaints via email or app amid Covid-19 pandemic.  I do not think this is a reasonable decision as staff working from home should be able to handle complaints via app and email.  

           At any rate, please kindly follow up on the case of fallen barriers blocking pedestrians.
