Dear Sir/Madam
Thanks for following up on this matter. Recently I noticed some 29A minibuses still had mal-functioned bell(e.g LL5605). There must be something wrong with the internal control of the management system. Please ensure a routine is in place to check the bells of minibuses.
Yours sincerely
Simon Wang

Dear Simon,

Subject:Re: DEU00011902270702064ZD The minibus bells and the estimated arrival time of smartphone app (Case Ref: 2-5092558199) (Case Ref: 3-6249228276)

Regarding your case dated 07/01/2020, the reply of the Transport Department is as follows –

"Thank you for reporting a mal-functioned bell of a GMB vehicle (LR2178).  We had therefore instructed the operator of GMB rt 29A to check and repair the bell as soon as possible. Besides, we have once again requested the operator to strengthen the regular inspections of the facilities inside the GMB compartment and repair them immediately when necessary.

This Department will continue to monitor the service of GMB Route 29A and arrange surveys to monitor the service of the route.  We will follow-up with the GMB operator when necessary.  Thank you for your concern on the service of GMB Route 29A."
