> 在南校的training和北校的TL Meeting也多次强调了这个问题了。请大家注意在刚接手EP的阶段就塑造一个工作*专业严谨敬业值得信任
> *的形象同时在撇开match工作又是一个*真诚可以深交可以谈心*
> 的朋友。要达到这个效果针对不同的EP有不同的做法，请大家真的用心去思考如何与人沟通有哪些技巧可以用，这就是在OGX永远学不完的学问^^。

> *· EPM的职责*
>
> EPM：1. 指导你的EP按照TL给的DDL*最迟在明天晚上*前务必改好CV和写好FL并申请好中文拼音

> (确认钱和合同交好就可以上form了)

> 2. 将你的EP当时拍好的video转成格式比较小的flv等格式方便你之后可以直接发给TNM看

> 4. 根据你的EP的Preference和available time然后咨询你的TL的意见制定一个match plan

> 在match过程中和EP分工合作，EP也要承担部分self-match的工作，EP和EPM一起发邮件，EP收到回复要给EPM

> 6. 在match的时候要积极主动，不要单纯只用FL的方式，要多参加MM，多用skype加人，多上facebook和多看search tool

> 7. 积极鼓励你的EP参加LC的活动和实习生领跑计划

> 注意：要和EP保持有效沟通，PR的Match 很紧希望大家接下来都高效地完成。*
> 我希望这个月大家给自己develop的方向是：做事更有plan更有针对性更有trategy地去做(例如做match)和与人沟通的技巧，真的去用心去思考怎么做事才能更快达到你想要的效果，加油！^^
