Dear all,
 
       大家好！感谢大家前段时间的给力，在function DDL前我们已经达到了61个match， 系统上显示的available form还有17张，请大家尽快叫对方改状态好让EP尽快去办签证。记得之前跟大家说过，If there is no realization, match is nothing.所以这封邮件主要是To-do-list for realization preparation
 
All for BEST X expereince!

- To-do-list for Realization Preparation
 
1. Track好你的EP以下事项：
 
    1)      是否每个EP都保证买保险
    2)      是否该打疫苗的EP都保证打疫苗
    3)      EP是否从除TN form的其他渠道，特别是直接与TN manager沟通，获取TN项目的工作细节信息
    4)      EP是否了解住宿地点、住宿环境和租金  
    
2. 提醒你的广外的EP在申请请假和缓考的时候不要说AIESEC，跟EP说就说是不同学院与AIESEC有不同的校园关系，有些学院支持有些学院可能不支持所以我们一般不建议EP用AIESEC名义去申请请假和缓考，这样有遭拒的风险。
 
3. 及时更新OGX Tracking Tool
 
   更新内容：
 
   a. 在橙色栏找到"QQ邮箱"一栏，补充EP的QQ邮箱
   b. realize部分（尤其是“是否需要邀请函原件”、“是否拿到邀请函” “是否拿到签证”和“是否买了境外保险” ）
   c. 登记好EP的购买的机票往返日期
 
4. L+S Team根据寒假returnee的情况更新的VISA package（DBANK下载链接：http://dl.dbank.com/c0exnswtkq）和Returnee Database（见附件）,方便大家询问情况。但是还是老规矩，先看文件再问returnee,找returnee的时候务必礼貌！
 
5. 请TL务必在6月16日23：59填好以下editgrid(首栏有筛选，筛选国家然后找出GDUFS的EP再根据OGX Tracking Tool的信息填写联系方式等)：
 
 
              还有最后50米以OGX的名义跑下去！=)

另外现在很多EP可能会遇到父母出尔反尔处处阻挠的情况，希望大家首先抱以理解和积极的态度去给EP guidance怎么去沟通，我这边有以下建议：
 
1.  首先搞清楚父母担心什么，父母是属于哪一类型人受落哪一套然后对症下药
 
2. 关于安全问题：目前我们的实习生基本上都可以在我们LC找到同行的人，而且纵观整个中国（大家也可以从我上面邮件叫TL填的editgrid可以看到整个中国哪个国家都没有单独自己一个去的，所以这方面不用担心），如果担心就请帮EP找到同行人的联系方式
 
3. 请务必叫你的EP参加6月26日的XPS（初定在大学城某酒店），这是认识华南地区去同一个地方的人的最好的机会，同时也会做危机处理的培训和AIESEC内部控制项目质量的一些regulations帮助EP维护自己的权利，这对于EP非常重要请务必来参加。
