Greetings from Dicky Lee, current VPOGX Corporate of AIESEC GDUFS.

First, in this mail, I'd like to introduce one of the most famous 对联 (actually it is more like a 顺口溜). You can just read it in Cantonese.

OK~我们言归正传。随着6月份的到来，我们OGX需要展开新一期的海外实习招新，Non-Peak Recruitment（NP）。

以下的内容是有关NP的详细介绍和相关的要求，请各位OGX的member都仔细阅读。

-What's Non-Peak

Non-Peak（NP），即非高峰期海外实习。是指在除了寒暑假实习高峰期以外的海外实习期。NP的实习期跨度广泛，EP在3~6月以及9~12月份期间realize的EP都算是NP的realization。

-Why Non-Peak Recruitment

NP Recruitment具有非常重要的意义和价值所在。

从EP的角度看，NP的海外实习是高质量的海外实习。同时期竞争TN的EP少，match的可操作性、速度和成功率更高；同时，这段时期我们的EP Service会显得更加出色，这方面的工作可会做得更加细致，更加能关注到每个EP的动态；Project的质量会相对来说比较高。根据以往NP的结果来看，NP realize的EP比Peak time realize的EP对exchange的评价更高，拥有更好的experience，对AIESEC的认同和归属感也很强。

从Member Development的角度看，NP能够在较短的时期内让OGX的member各方面能力和思维上有明显的提高，对function和AIESEC的认识会更加成熟。而且NP OC团队中的成员，基本都能成长成function未来的中坚力量和骨干。

从function乃至LC的角度看，NP是年度目标的重要suppport之一。从以往的数据看，NP的realization贡献了OGX一年30%~35%的goal完成量，而且这个比例还在继续上升。特别的，对于MT/TT来说，由于EP match的周期会比较长，NP的招新不但影响下半年的年度目标，还会影响下年年初的realization状况。

所以综合三方面来说，NP无论是对于EP，对于我们OGX的每一个人以及LC来说，都是非常重要的。
