【Urgent】XPS Arrangement

Dear all,

这封邮件主要是讲26号XPS安排的，请大家务必注意以下事项：

1. XPS的安排基本上定下来了，是6月26日（本周星期日）下午1点左右到晚上6：30左右，在天一酒店（地铁市二宫站） 。

2. 之前有跟大家讲过XPS的重要性，之前就有试过EP没有去XPS结果遇到问题不懂得怎么处理。这次XPS主要是关于危机处理、项目管理和AIESEC International对于项目质量的控制政策。这是一个对于EP处理在国外遇到的危机和学会如何维护自己的权利的培训，这次XPS一改之前沉闷地deliver session的形式会充分involve EP，原则上除了是考试或者身在外省这些客观因素之外都必须出席。

3. 在明天晚上23：59前问清楚你的EP是否去XPS，并填写好以下editgrid：

注意：XPS是默认所有EP都要参加的，所以是否一栏都是填是的。请各位EPM去补充好EP的英文名，如果EP不去的话请将是否栏改成N然后补充原因。另外Member原则上没有特殊情况也是要参加的，请大家也需要填写editgrid。

4. 如果EP要订购souvenir的话请填好附件的excel然后发给这次XPS的CD Lulu.

5. 附件是souvenir booking的文件，如果EP没有收到我的邮件请及时将文件发给EP。

6. 问清楚你的EP是否有加我们广外的EP群：130353507和华南地区的XPS群：135115094，如果没有加群的请务必去加。之后关于EP退款等问题我们要在Q群这边都会统一管理，所以务必对你的EP负责保证他们和LC沟通是畅通的。

7. 最近要考试但是都希望大家可以跟进一些EP的签证、保险、疫苗和机票。建议如果还没有拿到签证的话请不要买机票避免签证出现意外不能退票的经济损失。
