        千呼万唤终于有OGX数据大全了!接下来两个星期我给大家做的TN Market insight的training将会教大家怎么用OGX数据大全，这份文件对于大家做match是非常重要的，希望大家在training之前可以下载下来自己摸索一下。另外请大家仔细阅读这封邮件，有几点需要大家特别注意：

- Match Guidance(速度 & TN market guidance-帮助大家接下里做match)

-OGX Skype 公号公示(帮助大家打电话去催所需文件)

-MC 邮件转发(帮助大家对全中国有了解)

1. 请大家做事有OGX速度，一定要看准机会立马上。现在大家可以看到TN supply的情况并不是很理想而且全中国的EP pool很大，GDUFS的match情况也不是很理想，所以大家接下来做事一定要更紧凑，资源利用一定要更有效率。If you are not FAST, you will be FOOD!切记!

 

2. 目前TN态势:红色加粗的国家是下阶段match的重点

 

中东欧：

 

    大家从下图和OGX数据大全可以看到目前中东欧的TN市场已经接近饱和状态，特别是土耳其和俄罗斯。目前我个人认为目前还可以去试的是一些中国EP match的相对较少的一些LC，比如：

土耳其(约10 TN余量)

ANKARA

DENIZILI

GAZINTEP

 

俄罗斯

KAZAN

NSTU

NSU

OMSK

PERM

SARATOV

 

乌克兰(约20 TN 余量)

除UZHGOROD   ODESSA和DONETSK，重点approach  IVANO-FRANKISK 和KYIV和LVIV

 

保加利亚

匈牙利

 

捷克( 少量)

PRAHA(我们LC 只match了1个,布拉格的VPICX有跟我讲过做多点project的倾向，可能会有新project，大家看准就上)

 

另外塞尔维亚  哈萨克斯坦   塔吉克斯坦这3个国家都是可以去试的。

昌迪加尔(这个LC虽然是黑名单LC，但是我们现在有个CEEDer过去严格挑选了项目所以以下两个项目可以一试)

 

第一个叫CITIZENS AWARENESS GROUP，NGO网站 http://www.cagchandigarh.in/  是一个与finance相关的NGO，他们这个项目一共招3个实习生，最多只要一个中国人，免费住宿  TN Form  http://www.myaiesec.net/exchange/viewtn.do?tnid=100079179

第二个NGO是Environment Society of India-AIESEC，该NGO已存在35年，住在trainee house,6周60美金，也就是差不多400人民币，项目时间6周，
这个项目一共招15个人，目前已经match了8个实习生，来自8个不同国家，其中只有一个中国人，我和他们的VP ICX谈了，这个项目，最多再要3个中国人，这个项目 的最大好处就是就是由于他们存在35年与很多NGO都有合作，如果实习生愿意，可以去其他城市的NGO工作，当然一直呆在昌迪加尔也可以。TN form http://www.myaiesec.net/exchange/viewtn.do?tnid=100080072

 

  

 

菲律宾：

 

接下来菲律宾会有大概60+个match，大家一定要抓住机会，还没有match的CI EP和接下来的PR EP跪求一定一定一定要抓住这个时机！20号晚前整理好你的EP 的CV+EP Form+Video(如果有的话)然后发给我，看准你要哪个菲律宾TN发给我之前稍微修改一些简历

 

 

 

 

泰国：

注意这个国家接下来也是我们重点要拿下的市场，重点Target AIESEC ASSUMPTION UNIVERSITY

 

柬埔寨：

 这个国家接下来还会有TN，但请不要再match AIESEC PP了，我们LC送了很多人去了

 

 

3. match了的EP要开始进入准备realization的时候了，请时刻记着我们要做到100% Realize ， 没有realization前面做的match做的raise都是完全没有用的。为了帮助大家催各种文件，我现在把OGX公用skype帐号和密码给大家，但请大家遵守以下规则：

 

    a. 每次要使用请务必到OGX Tracking Tool上面"OGX Skype公号使用情况"登记

This is the 5^th Phoenix Track tool. 

During the last 2 days we achieved 53 match growth and 647 matches as a whole.

l   继续联系Melody，于佳，景雨，加快印度、菲律宾和其他重点国家的match

l   Melody已经为大家争取到昌迪加尔的matching mania，并即将有斋普尔的matching mania 

l   乌克兰七月项目已饱满，如果有六月的可查form，有新的上来

l   印尼已经恢复工作，请严重关注印尼form的情况，本周和下周有两次matching mania的机会，请关注   

 

4.      Visa information 

l   印度MC VPICX已到北京，一周内可以知道北京签证是否解决

l   土耳其签证问题，请各LC EP manager直接和match的LC TN manager沟通，就说中国拿不到旅行签，必须办理AIESEC签，因此必须请他们出邀请函。这是拿到邀请函的策略。今年土耳其政府可能要求实习生到达土耳其后办理居留证会花费100欧~200欧，要提前让EP做好心理准备（解释为这个是签证费用的一个部分，此外在国内办理签证费用并不高，因此我觉得此种说法较为合理，当然是否必须办理居留证&如果要办能不能更便宜我们已经和土耳其MC取得联系并积极沟通），有问题请电话我15901004968！
