SUMMARY
Litania Sports Group is currently seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our Sales and Marketing team. This full-time position will
provide design support in producing digital and print publications, ads, interactive media assets and banners, including additional creative output such as promotional and event branding, videos, logos, and web page layout that
align with corporate branding and marketing strategies.

Proficient in Adobe Cloud, specializing in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Working knowledge of publication process, front-end deadlines, HTML/CSS, and video editing.

Image-savvy composition, retouching, and clipping.

Enjoys and understands typography, visual balance, page layout, pagination and grids.

Clear analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Successful working in a fast-paced and deadline-orientated environment.

Bachelor’s Degree or Associates degree in Graphic Design or related field.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with sales and marketing team to support and develop creative assets for publications, ads, campaigns, promos, social
media content and banners, logos, and training templates that align with strategic marketing objectives.
- Occasionally conceptualize, create, and shoot photographic assets, and videos, as well as edit video shorts
that are suitable for social media postings.
- Work with Art Director and alongside colleagues across Sales and R+D divisions to translate sales and marketing objectives and campaigns into
clear, compelling, engaging and appropriate designs.
- When necessary, work off-site to ensure design intent, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Exhibit positive, creative energy with the desire to work in a team environment as well as independently.
- Other duties as assigned and aligned with strategic marketing objectives.
