PILER & NISA Development organization invites you to a consultation to present Citizens Charter at Nisa Women Resource Center, district Jafferabad on 30th April, 2013 (9:30am).
The Citizens’ Charter of Demands for sustainable rehabilitation of flood-affected population emerged out of eight months (Aug 2010- Feb 2011) of consultation and dialogue, facilitated by PILER, among the civil society actors and the state officials. The Charter presents a 9-point agenda for rehabilitation and reconstruction, comprising specific measures that need to be undertaken to ensure the IDPs’ rightful and sustainable rehabilitation-reconstruction, transparent and efficient spending of the aid and improved mechanisms for disaster management in future.
PILER & NISA Development Organization are also invites you to participate in Rally on Labor Day 1st May 2013, From Nisa Women Resource Center to Haq Bahoo Chowk.
