ASK GDG: What apps / startups are you working on this month ? [October 2013]

Dear Google Developers, 

Let's run this kind of thread once in a month so that we can get ideas, inspirations and feedback on our work in progress or ready to be launched apps and startups from this community. 

Two questions i'd like to start with:

1) What apps / startups are you working on recently ? When will you launch it ? Any tech or marketing difficulties ?

2) To students and practicing developers how do you think we can connect our expertise to match hiring / vacancy requirements in software companies, so that our GDG becomes a place to go for Android or other Google tech related job openings in Kathmandu/Pokhara.
