Google Developer Days Europe: Extended events
On September 5-6, Google Developer Days Europe will take place in Kraków, featuring technical talks on Android, the Mobile Web, Firebase, Cloud, Machine Learning, and IoT.
You can join in by running a GDD Extended event in your Community, streaming the keynote and running local talks or codelabs. You can run your event during the event or at any date before December that works for you. Please, create your event at Meetup.com and then register it here, preferably by August 1st in order to make it appear on the map at developers.google.com/events/gdd-europe/extended.

Developer Certification Testing
The Google Developer Certification Team needs testers for new Android and Mobile Web Specialist certification exams!
Android Developers: To be eligible to participate, you must have some experience in Android development--all experience levels are welcome to apply. Please fill out this form to apply to be an Android Exam Tester.
Web Developers: To be eligible to participate, you must have at least six months of web development experience. Please fill out this form to apply to be a Mobile Web Specialist Exam Tester.
In addition to getting a sneak peek at the exam, you will receive $100 off the price of a future certification attempt in exchange for your participation.
If you are selected to participate, you will need to sign a non-disclosure agreement and the Certification Team will reach out to coordinate exam testing. Upon completion of your exam attempt, you will be asked to provide feedback on your experience.
