亮点：
1. 报名合计364人，到场255人，到场率61%,到场人数是去年IWD的4倍，其中女性占比高达81%。金数据浏览量2020，报名238人，高达11.7%的报名转化率，公众号阅读量最高2038，总计4860。
2. 参会人员职业身份多样化，高管30余名。
3. 联络女企业家协会、文化创意产业协会、AR&VR协会等协会及民间机构，通过各协会官方渠道传播及邀约。
4. 引入谷歌AI Experiments的内容，让大家感受前沿科技的魅力。开设了Ai体验展区、科技企业展区，丰富会议内容。引入公益概念，邀请同心儿童院(本地最知名的民间公益组织)的女孩参加，体验科技产品，拓展科技视野。
5. 推出女孩集市&儿童托管服务，讲授Blockly课程。沿袭WTM的理念，尝试将科技自信传递到女孩层面的同时，也减轻参会妈妈们的后顾之忧。
6. 场地确定后仅剩两周时间，临时组建的工作团队在巨大压力下，完成所有工作。
7. 志愿者到场率较高，并有部分志愿者提前接受DS培训，保证工作坊的顺利进行。
8. 活动获得本地媒体厦门卫视、厦门网的采访。
活动回顾：
一年一度的谷歌社区IWD活动在4月20号开始啦！今年的活动地点是在厦门跨境电商产业园2号楼一楼。感谢厦门自贸区提供的场地支持。感谢我们的志愿者，很早就来到现场开始布置场地和和”女孩集市“展览。展览不仅有编程机器人，3D打印泥陶玩具，还有大北欧等等展览赞助商。
活动开始前30分钟就有同学陆续到达现场，开始签到。我们的志愿者也忙碌了起来。
集市，特别展示的中美青年创客大赛作品带给参会者高科技体验。
AI体验区提供了谷歌AI实验的AI Duet、Teachable Machine、Quick Draw、Semi-Conductor的体验。
主会场14:15正式开始，WTM厦门组织者珊林姐姐表达了对大家的欢迎并简要介绍了WTM。
IWD（International Women Day） 是 WTM 每年一度的女性开发者盛会！WTM（Women Techmakers）是谷歌于2012年启动的面向所有的女性工程师、设计师、创业者的全球公益品牌。每年在全球52个国家举办一百多场各类型线下活动，致力为更多的科技行业女性从业者提供更多的资源和更开阔的视野，帮助她们在人生道路上获得更大提升。
厦门大学曾华琳博士分享的AI FOR Good 带我们从琴棋书画这样浅显易懂的角度，了解了谷歌开源工具Tensorflow在日常生活中的广泛应用。
厦门象屿自贸区开发有限公司副总经理吴鸿女士传递出跨境电商服务生态圈“她”的力量，分享了厦门象屿自贸区这个平台对外贸易的投入和发展。
UMKA俄罗斯电商平台中国区副总裁 Sofia Zhang讲述她拼搏俄罗斯电商市场的经历，分享她所感受到的创变与机会，讲解了俄罗斯电商的现状，用一个个精确的数据告诉我们，俄罗斯电商市场上发展的潜力，可以预见的未来。
Girls' Talk 大北欧通讯设备（中国）有限公司总经理李丽、仿真技术专家林丽带来了主题分享：职场女性—自我成长与平衡。不要给自己设限！坚持！简单朴素的话语，却是最真实的心路历程！
最期待的压轴环节Design Sprint（设计冲刺），专程从上海赶到厦门的娄亚南老师给大家带来了DS的超干干货，带着大家一起脑力激荡！！
通过一个酒店服务机器人从想法到落地实现的案例，来让大家了解什么是Design Sprint以及它的操作流程是怎样的。
之后就是实践环节了。大家分成了不同的几个小组。每个小组选择一个要解决的议题。议题分别有：职场女性如何在职场中获得公平对待？如何支持下一代女孩成为更好的自己？在极大压力下女性如何缓解和寻求帮助？女性科技工作者如何平衡家庭与工作的关系？年轻人如何帮助老人适应社会的快速变化？如何帮助产后女性更自信地回归职场？在家庭和亲子关系中，如何发挥WTM的优势？男性如何支持女性获得平等的职业发展机会？选好议题之后，各小组就陆续忙碌起来。在小组中的导师带领下，大家开始分工，有控制时间的主持人，有做决策的决策者。更多的人是来自不同行业的组员，针对议题中的问题开始发表意见，头脑风暴，从而关注到问题的核心，寻找解决方案。
时间过得好快。实践环节很快就过去了。每个小组经过头脑风暴，对design sprint的实践，都得出了自己的解决方案。接下来是每个小组选派一个人代表小组上台进行3分钟的发言，对自己小组的讨论结果进行总结分享。
短短2两小时，在老师的引导下，各小组快速完成了从问题锁定、寻求共识、创造方案、方案阐述、投票决策、到电梯演讲的DS流程体验，成果真的赞！
紧张的小组分享结束了。接下来是观众分享环节。观众分享参与的收获，他们都表示，今天这个活动非常有意义，这些和女性相关的话题探讨也能够唤醒我们女性的对无论是在工作还是生活对公平对待的意识。

Highlights：
1. The number of attendees (255), the rate of attendance (61%) and female attending rate (82%) are all ahead of any other IWD events ever held in Xiamen. Meetup Link; Data of Attendees: Link; Wechat Post Link ; Weibo PV: 83361; Wechat PV: 4860.
2. Participants shows Occupation and identity diversity, with more than 30 executives.
4. Contact women entrepreneurs associations, cultural and creative industries associations, AR&VR associations and other associations and non-government organizations, through the official channels of the associations to disseminate and invite.
5. Bring Google AI experiments for attendees. The Ai Experience Zone and the Technology Enterprise Pavilion were opened to enrich the conference content. Introduce the concept of public welfare - invite girls from Tongxin Children's College (the most famous private non-profit organization in the local area) to participate, experience technology products, and expand the horizon of science and technology.
6. Teach children programming in Blockly. Following the concept of WTM, trying to transfer the confidence of technology to the girl level, it also eases the worries of the participating mothers.
7. With only two weeks left after the venue was determined, the temporary team formed the work under great pressure and completed all the work. I am very impressed! Even if the first meeting is held, the full-time efficiency and results are much higher than ever.
8. Volunteers have a high attendance rate, and some volunteers receive DS training in advance to ensure the smooth progress of the workshop.

The main venue started at 14:15, and WTM Xiamen organizer Shan Lin expressed her welcome and briefed WTM.
AI FOR Good, shared by Dr. Zeng Hualin from Xiamen University, took us from the perspective of easy-to-understand chess and calligraphy, and learned about the wide application of Google's open source tool Tensorflow in daily life.
Ms. Wu Hong, Deputy General Manager of Xiamen Xiangyu Free Trade Zone Development Co., Ltd., conveyed the power of “her” in the cross-border e-commerce service ecosystem.
Sofia Zhang, Vice President, UMKA Russia E-Commerce Platform, talks about her experiences in the Russian e-commerce market and shares the changes and opportunities she feels.
Girls' Talk, Great Northern Communications Equipment (China) Co., Ltd. General Manager Li Li and simulation technology expert Lin Li brought the theme sharing: women in the workplace - self-growth and balance. Don't set limits for yourself! adhere to! Simple and plain words are indeed the most authentic journey!
The most anticipated finale, design Sprint (design sprint), the special trip from Shanghai to Xiamen, Master Yan Yanan brought you the super skills of DS, with everyone brainstorming! !
In just two hours, under the guidance of the master, all the teams quickly completed the DS process experience from problem locking, seeking consensus, creating solutions, program explanations, voting decisions, and elevator presentations!
