Android App Needed

Hi,
I'm a local in need of an Android app asap, and I thought I would try this forum.
My project is called "StoryCub"
We create video versions of children's picture books.
I have an app in Google Play I created with Conduit.  One of those build your own mobile sites.
However one of our supporters said they need the app to have all content shown in a webpage view.

A new app is needed ASAP.
This is a paid gig.

Although I have a developer account, I am far from a developer.
I've got all the artwork, icons, text...just copy the current layout of the StoryCub app.

I need to turn this around, fast.
