Adopting an anti-harassment policy

There's a draft template for an anti-harassment policy available from https://support.google.com/developergroups/answer/3340514 that we should consider adopting for GDG Sudbury.

To date our events have been (to my knowledge) free from harassment incidents; but If it helps encourage even one more person to attend a GDG Sudbury event, or prevents one bad episode from occurring in the future, then it will be well worth it.

The specific proposal is to add the template (with the blanks filled in to represent our chapter, obviously) linked prominently from the http://gdgsudbury.ca page, as well as linking to the policy from each event invitation.
