Library/Framework based on Google Material Design used in new Google docs

Hi all,

I've just seen google has updated their landing page for docs, sheets and slides. I wonder which library/framework Google use for that?

If I want to develop some web application which follow Material Design guideline, is there any library/framework out there I can use?
