Hi all,

We're still looking for Data Specialists for our project. We are hoping to start in a few weeks and it will last 2-4 weeks, with a possibility of extension. We pay $7/hour.

We're specifically looking for people with a large "real world" social network, as the project involves collecting data from volunteers which you would need to find (the volunteers can be anyone, as long as they can read and write Khmer language and over 18). You need to be in Phnom Penh. You do not need to major in computer science.

Job description: 

The Data Specialist works in-field to collect voice samples from volunteers using Android mobile phones. 

This includes: 

- assist in the recruiting of volunteers 

- assist in collection of voice sample data 

- be responsible for the quality of the collected sample data 

- be responsible for equipment 

- be familiar with mobile phones and internet technology 

- be able to work independently with confidence and little oversight 

This candidate should be able to work full time and be fluent in English and Khmer

Project duration: 2 - 4 weeks (with potential for extension).
