Problems with G+

Hello all,

I have some problems with G+ for Android as below:
1. I cannot add new photos to my existing photo album
2. I cannot change my profile picture and cover photo (there is no option to select photo from phone.)

+Kakada if it like i test with you. it use application G+ from phone.

My phone GT-I9100 (S II) it the same problem, Cannot change cover profiles on g+
