We are looking for a software developer to work from our Diani office, South Coast. This is a good job with competitive salary. Recent graduated are strongly advised to apply.

Tunaweza Ltd is a Kenya company, formed last year with a plan to provide Kenyans with free quality IT training to prepare them for a career in the exploding Kenya IT sector. As you know there is a huge demand for skilled IT developers who have skills in modern technologies but companies are, understandably, reluctant to take on junior developers unless they have at least two or three verifiable years’ experience. Of course, this does not help people like yourself to get a start.

This is where we hope Tunaweza will help, by targeting recent CS & IT graduates and providing meaningful online free with genuinely testing assessments and then making the assessment grades available – for free – to the employer community, we hope to attract a large number of university students.

This is the program we will be launching next year and we are looking for a strong team of developers to build it, here in Kenya.

Requirements:

Quick to learn

Knowledge in one or more programming languages such as Javascript, php, python, java etc

IT Related degree / Software Engineering.

Strong analytical skills.

Graphic sense would be a plus.
