The 2015 General Elections are less than 8 months away and with the current situation of the country, we are all concerned about the possible outcomes. Nigeria deserves good elections, credible leaders and a peaceful process but this won’t just happen without conscious effort from everyone who can play a role.

To this end, CcHub is inviting top developers, designers and internet security experts in Nigeria to commit to using a percentage of their skills and time over the next 8 months to assist efforts by INEC and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) to ensure free and fair electoral processes. We are delivering this through a network called TechSQUAD.

WHAT IS TechSQUAD?
TechSQUAD is a network of highly skilled and professional software developers and designers committed to using their skills to work on projects and platforms that improve governance and the delivery of the next elections in Nigeria.

TechSQUAD will be led by very experienced developers and designers (SQUAD Generals), who will manage adhoc teams of SQUAD Agents to work on specific election and governance-based projects.

CcHub will provide oversight for the TechSQUAD and will be responsible for getting the projects that the teams will work on.

The time you spend working on these projects will be compensated for by the NGOs or from donors who we will engage with.
