Questions about running your DevFest

Hey all.  Matt Kayfman and me will be hosting a breakout on running a DevFest at the GDG Global Summit next week.  We put together a survey to get some broader information from folks who have run a devfest in the past.  It would be great if you could take 5 min or so and fill out some answers for us here
