Google Geolocation api

I'm using Google Geolocation API to obtain the egypt cell towers location in Egypt.
but every time i try to obtain the location of cell tower, The API return the same location of tower at "El-Tahrir Square" with accuracy 140000 Meter .

i tried different cell tower IDs in Egypt but still not working.
i tried different cell tower IDs in Europe and it is working very good with accuracy 120 Meter.
can any one help me ? 
Note i send an e-mail for google support from 7 days but they didn't reply.

I think the information about the cell towers is not updated in Egypt, for example if you try to view the cell towers in Europe on google map, you would see the results with a good accuracy, but in Egypt you wouldn't get a reasonable results...

It's not a problem with the API, but rather the info is not available in Egypt.

Hi All Whatever is the address my appli sends in jason file, Google Geolocation API answers the same coordinates. which are long 48.432856 Lat 0.091266. I am novice, is there anybody who knows that issue ? Many thanks for your help. Regards Joseph
