EGJUG in association with SRGE (Scientific Research Group in Egypt) will hold an introductory session about Android Development tomorrow at Cairo FCI, we would love to see you there.
Title: "An Introduction to the Android World"
Outline: "This session offers a great kickoff to mobile application developers interested in writing applications for Google's famous Android platform. It will start with an introduction about Android and its architecture then cover the features of the Android SDK that are most commonly used by developers in Egypt. It will also introduce developers to the Android Development Environment and what tools and frameworks are available to make development on Android fun and easy. Finally, it will cover how to make money out of an application through available mobile application repositories and advertisement engines."

Speaker's BIO : A Lead Software Developer at Raya International Services with 6+ years of experience developing Java desktop, web and mobile applications. I have a Master's degree in Computer Science and a number of Java certifications including SCEA, SCMAD, SCDJWS, SCWCD and SCJP. Starting from 2011, I pursued application development using the Android SDK, developing 4 medium scale applications and a library for conducting Automated Testing on Android Platform. I also delivered numerous sessions related to Android including the first joint event between EGJUG and GDG Cairo and most recently a session at Java Developer Conference 2012.
