Next Major event - DevFest

We're planning for next major event, which is DevFest on 22nd September. This will be similar to the DevFestX, we had earlier this year at Royal Orchid. 

What do you all think?

Yes, Beslin! This time its going to be big then last time. Last devFestX was 100 people. This time its 2x 

Their are range of stuffs that needs to be acted upon. Listing out some major categories. Start picking up what suites you. 

I shall create a shared doc to track below along with FAQs. 

• Identifying speakers across technology { Android, Cloud, Maps, etc.. }
• Identify if somebody wants to demonstrate something
• Venue for 200 people. Quotes for 2 halls (can be in a hotel) including lunch & high tea. 
• Marketing of event
• Website (Google is helping us getting the template available)
• Registration & Confirmation
• Registration desk on the day of event. 
• Support on the day of event. 
• Anchoring, etc..
