Below is my suggestion for our agenda tonight.

1. Review the timeline - 10 mins
2. Volunteers update - 15 mins
3. Review the budget - 15 mins
4. Report per Committee
A. Airport - 10 mins
B. VIP - 10 mins
C. Concierge - 10 mins
D. Hotel Coordinator - 15 mins
E. Transportation - 20 mins

Let's start early and end early.

Pep volunteered to be our moderator tonight.

Hi Charlie,

Unfortunately, my shift schedule was changed to 9pm tonight. I will only be able to be at the meeting until around 8pm.

Is it okay if we move the Transportation committee's slot to the front? If this is not possible, it's no problem.

I'm sorry that I won't be able to moderate as well, since I'll be leaving early.

Hello Team,

Im so sorry but I wont be able to attend tonight because of prior engagements. We will be having a core meeting as well at CCF Makati and I have another one after that.

Anyway here are our updates:

1. Final teams and volunteers are already in place

2. 4 teams will be involved

a. Team A (Will be our VIP chaperones and they will be in charge of entertaining and transportation for the CAT 1VIPs)

b. Team B (Will be in charge of the VIPs and Team A leaders INSIDE the Center for immediate requirements)

c. CAT2 Team Leaders (We have assigned 4 leaders for the CAT2 VIPs and they will provide transpo from HOTEL to CCF Center and back within the duration of the GDC event)

d. We will have a VIP lounge team in place to beautify the lounges and make sure that it is in stock with food and beverages.

3. We will have a meeting for the Team Leaders on Thursday for coordination and delegation.

We would like to request for the following information:

-Final Flight schedules for both CAT1 and CAT2 

-Email address of the CAT1 Speakers so our Team A can coordinate with them as early as now. 

I would again like to apologize for not being able to meet you guys today. Iaree will be attending so I'll align with her right after.

Hi Bryan,

Copy.  We will try to get flight details when we meet up with Singapore team.

I need to confirm with regards to CAT2.  As far as I know, the deal was to transport them from airport to hotel and back.  I do not know whether we need to transfer them from hotel to CCF and back everyday.  I will verify this tonight with the team and also get answer from Singapore.
