Important Information with Regards to Volunteers who Paid for GDC

Dear brothers & sisters in Christ,

For those volunteers who are asking what will happen to their payment for GDC, below is the answer.

It is agreed that volunteers cannot attend the sessions and if they paid already, they can transfer to another person before April 30 (see below).

Let me know if there are any other questions with regards to the below e-mail.

As for item number 2, the registration is not refundable but transferable. For those who want to transfer their registration, they should send an email to gdc...@ccf.org.ph to request for the transfer and provide us with the details of the new participant on or before April 30 so we can amend the database. This is to ensure that the substituted participant will have no problem during the check-in process on the day of the congress - otherwise, they will be referred to the Exception Area to be processed and this may delay their check-in.
