Hello dear Hospitality Team :)

Please see attached signage requirements as per what we've talked about so far. Kindly note that the VIP team has yet to send their requirements.

Apologies as we cannot be more elaborate and creative with the design and colors of the signages as we need to work within the approved guidelines.

Please advise if this is okay. We are targeting to send to the printers by end of the week.

Thanks so much
Tina

Hi Charlie,

Yay, praise God! We shall proceed with the new number-letter combination then.
Initial output will be sent as soon as we're done.

Sure, no problem with blank signs 3 sets X 4 each, 12 pieces all in all.

Thanks again
Tina

Hi Tina,

Great suggestion.  I am OK with your letter assignment.

I am thinking of printing additional bus side designations (4 sides) in case there are buses among the assignments below which will not be used for that hotel and upper mgmt decided to assign these buses for other purposes.  So if this happens, we will use these blank signs and write the destination or print out the destination and stick to them.  What do you think?  Maybe just 3 sets.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Hello Charlie!

Nice to meet you as well. No worries for the added work! We are happy to help.

Thank you for the files, just a few suggestions, if I may.

I noticed that the buses are not organized in subsequent letters per parking slot, I sorted the file based on parking locations, and then just arranged the letters:

Hotel Name Bus Letter No. of Bus Parking Area
Crowne Plaza A 4 Frontera Drive - Street Parking
Holiday Inn B 8 Frontera Drive - Street Parking
Millenia Suite C 4 Road D - Beside CCF Parking
Exchange Regency D 4 Road D - Beside CCF Parking
Lancaster Hotel E 4 Road D - Beside CCF Parking
BSA Twin Towers F 4 Road D - Beside CCF Parking
Astoria Plaza G 3 Avilon Parking Lot
Malayan Plaza H 2 Avilon Parking Lot
Linden Suites I 1 Avilon Parking Lot
Richmond - Ortigas J 2 Avilon Parking Lot
Edsa Shangri-la K 1 Avilon Parking Lot
Legend Villas L 1 Avilon Parking Lot

We would be providing for your team:

1. Bus letter-number combination per bus (4 sides)
2. Bus holding indicator for the parking lot proper  e.g BUS A1-A3 this way,
3. In addition may we suggest that we place near the parking lots as people would exit

This way to Frontera Drive for Buses A and B
This way to Road D for Buses C to F
This way to Avilon Parking Lot for Buses G to L

Hence the rearrangement suggestion.

Please advise if this okay with you.

Thanks and regards
Tina

ps. Agree with your wife for white letters over dark blue backgroud for the parking attendants (we stick to GDC colors) This can be arranged.

Hi Tina,

Nice meeting you and your group.
Sorry for adding additional stress to your group.

I am attaching initial bus allocation per hotel.
I hope to give a clearer picture by next Friday (May 3)

I also included map of the parking and my idea for parking slots per hotel (bus parked together for same hotel)

Bus numbering will be A-1, A-2, B-1, B-2, etc.

My wife suggested what if the placards for parking attendants be white letter over dark background, is this brighter to see at night?

I also noticed that Road D (road beside CCF) has a 3 lane parallel parking slot, I do not know if Ortigas group know that Road D will be opened up to C-5 road.  I also don't know if road will be used for incoming or outgoing (maybe someone can verify this)

Hope you can open the files.  Let me know if you have any questions.

Charlie

Hi mother,

Was there suppose to be an attachment to the email? Sorry.

For the information booth, I think we only need one signage now saying "information booth"

Thanks
