Hope this finds you all well. Sending suggested items for General FAQs that may be collated with that of Airport Concierge & Onsite Concierge. On the second page are questions that are specific to each hotel which we will have on hand at the Info Desk. Feel free to add and/or edit. God bless everyone!

Hi Lynne,

Can we consolidate the FAQs of Airport, Hotel & CCF into 1?

We will not include this in the delegates hand-out anymore. We will just give this to them.
We need to choose when to give this to them. In the airport, in the hotel or in CCF? I suggest give it to them when they get their IDs and handbook. As for airport, we can give it to them only when they ask/requested.

Hi Lynne,

Did you fill-up the form that I gave you last time we did the hotel/bus route ocular? I think it was April 9.

Anyhow, I need the following info per hotel. Maybe you can put it in a file and send to me.
1. How many bus parking slots does the hotel have? My record for this is as follows: (pls verify)
A. Crowne Plaza - 2 slots
B. Holiday Inn - 3 slots
C. Millenia Suite - 2 slots
D. Astoria Plaza - 2 slots
E. The Legend Villas - 2 slots
F. Richmond Hotel-Ortigas - 1 slot
G. Edsa Shangri-La - 2 slots
H. The Linden Suites - 1 slot
I. Exchange Regency - 2 slots
J. The Malayan Plaza - 1 slot
K. Hotel 878 - 4 slots
L. BSA Twin Towers - 3 slots

2. For these bus parking slots, can the bus arrive early and wait for the delegates within 1 hour?
Or do they only have short-time parking?
Or no parking time, just stop & load (Linden Suites & Richmond-Ortigas)?
(We want to know if bus can go directly to the hotel in the morning and wait, I am sure Hotel 878 can)

3. Do we need to get special permits for the bus to park or for the bus to pass in the roads outside the hotel?

4. How many people can wait in the lobby of the hotel before they ride the bus? Does the hotel have waiting area?
If no waiting area and if bus cannot stop for a long period, then we have a problem

Hi Andra,

Can you help in computing average traffic flow especially for foreign delegates?

I need to know the average walking time for the top most level / farthest seat to the lobby.
I also need to know the average walking time from the lobby to the farthest parking of the bus,
I assumed this parking to be beside SM hypermart.

I also need the shortest travel time from lobby to the bus, I think this is in Road D, beside CCF.

I may not be able to compute it properly. Cause I haven't been able to do an ocular yet of the venue.

If I remember correctly it was supposed to be scheduled on May 1 pa po. It was raised in the last meeting.

Hi Andra,

Yes, I suggest you plan an ocular on May 1 with the team. You can get permission from Ptr JP c/o Ginny.

I will be attending a seminar from Monday to Wednesday. I don't think I can make it in the morning of May 1.

FYI, I spoke with Ginny already and she said she still needs to confirm with Corrine of Command Center. She will be able to get back to me within the day if I can proceed with the ocular
