Important Questions to ask or Things to verify with Singapore Team

Dear Brothers & Sisters in Christ,

The Singapore team is coming to meet with Phil. GDC team this Saturday to Tuesday (Apr. 20-23).
They are not available on Saturday and we are not available on Sunday.

Ptr Robert decided to meet with them this coming Monday at 9:00 AM.
I will be with Ptr Robert in this meeting.

We will not require you to join this meeting, but if you want to join, please inform us.

I hope that all committees can submit to me by Saturday-April 20 all possible questions & verifications
that you need to get answer to for your committee or for the whole hospitality team.

I will consolidate them and present them to the Singapore team when we meet up.

I will also be doing the budget revisions or additional allocations and will present this to them by Monday.
I hope to come up with a draft and present this to the group by this weekend for your review and comments.

Please pray for a productive meeting and wisdom to tackle all the challenges ahead and patience as we discuss sensitive matters and most of all to always remember that we are doing this for the Glory of God and not for man.

Hi sir charlie,

here are some questions that I would like to be raised with the Singapore Team. :)

1. Will there be delegates who will need special assistance (wheelchairs)?
2. Do we have to be prepared for sign-language?

3. Will there be any of volunteers from the Singapore team who would be in the concierge area to answer questions regarding CFC?

4. If none, would they have special announcements, special instructions that we should be aware of?

5. Will there be some delegates who will still arrive/ will have to leave on the 2nd and 3rd day?

6. Just wanted to verify the need for a luggage area because In the website it says that LUGGAGE are not allowed. 
1. Reference:

•	Luggage is not allowed on premises at any time during GDC 2013 for security and safety reasons.  Registrants should store their luggage off-site at their hotels or other suitable locations
