Hi Charlie,

Yes, we will consolidate the FAQs into one. I will coordinate with Andra & Redge.

Where we will distribute to them will depend on the scope of information we will choose to include, but so far yes it sounds best to distribute them along with the IDs and handbook.

For clarification, will the IDs definitely be distributed in the hotels? Will it be given along with the handbook (which I am assuming is the workbook for the conference)? If so, aside from bus tags and Welcome Sheet which may include FAQs (and keys from Travel Agent/Hotel Reception), is there anything else they will receive from the Hotel Concierge? We have a draft of process for the registration, will send after Sherryl & I refine later. Thank you!

We will not include this in the delegates hand-out anymore.  We will just give this to them.
We need to choose when to give this to them.  In the airport, in the hotel or in CCF?  I suggest give it to them when they get their IDs and handbook.  As for airport, we can give it to them only when they ask/requested.

So far base on my latest discussion with Ptr JP, all IDs & conference workbooks will be given upon their registration at Ccf -C5 main lobby on May 22, afternoon. No distribution at the hotel levels. Fyi
