Hi Tin,

I almost forgot. We need to submit letter to DOT this week to get permission for our people.

A. Airport Committee
- we decided to reduce the people per shift to 3 instead of 6
- 3 people consists of 2 in the booth and 1 assisting the delegates
- there is also 1 pastor in the booth, so a total of 4 pax per terminal
- we hope that volunteer can be there from 8am to 8pm, if not then 2 shifts
- let's assume 2 shifts first, if DOT cannot allow that, then revert to 1 shift
- CCF will only send 1 pastor for the whole shift
- for 2 shifts, total volunteers for 3 terminals will be 21 (including pastor)
- for 1 shift, total volunteers for 3 terminals will be 12 (including pastor)
- I hope the volunteers can be there for 2 days, it is really hard to get permission to enter airport.
- therefore the letter needs the names of the 21 volunteers (including pastors)

B. VIP Committee
- name of the VIP and available flight information (DOT will ask their people to meet them on the tube)
- after VIP comes out, airport committee will fetch them in case DOT missed them
- bring VIP outside for Team A to accompany them
- we need to submit CAR information in the letter (Car type, plate no., etc)
- we also need the name of the driver
- VIP transport cannot park outside, when VIP arrives, Team A will call the car to come up
- therefore the letter needs the 5 car info, 5 VIP names & flight details, 5 driver
- maybe this letter will be separate from above (don't know how much info we can get this week)
- for VIP cat 2, we need to make separate letter after verifying with Singapore the details
- or we can send additional info as Singapore send them to us.

This letter to DOT is important, since it will take time to process it and decide on it.

For each volunteer entering the airport, they need to bring 2 official IDs, 1 will be left in the morning when they get their pass,
then the other ID will be used in case security wants to verify identity. They need to surrender IDs at the end of each day and get new ID the next day.

As for VIP transport, driver needs to get special pass in the morning and wait in the parking area, upon exit of VIP, then driver will bring car to fetch them.

If there is anything I missed, please do let me know. Let's do our best to make sure our people can be there in the airport.

Hello everyone =)
 
We are in need of deconflict pastors / volunteers to be stationed at :
1.)  Hotel : May 21, 8am-8pm, 12 hotels (12 volunteers)
2.) Airport : May 21 and 22, 8am-8pm, 3 terminals   (3 volunteers)
 
Their primary role is to handle difficult  situations that may arise during the arrival of our delegates at the airport and hotel, and resolve them. SG team will be giving a list of possible scenarios & how they can respond to them. Pastor Robert said that d12 leaders can volunteer for this task.

Do you know of anyone from your team that can be transferred to deconflict volunteers?  Please do let me know, thank you
